Europe 2024: England midfielder, Jude Bellingham faces suspension over X-rated jubilation

Europe football governing body, UEFA is considering punishing England midfielder, Jude Bellingham, for his X-rated gesture during their 2-1 win over Slovakia at Euro 2024 on Sunday evening.

TheNewsGuru.com reports that Bellingham scored an acrobatic goal to equalize for the Three Lions in their hard fought victory over Slovakia in Cologne.

Meanwhile, few seconds into extra time, Harry Kane headed in the winner, to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat for England.

However, after the game, Bellingham was spotted making a gesture with his hands towards his groin as he looked in the direction of the two dugouts.

The 20-year-old has been accused of provoking the Slovakian coaching team and substitutes, but he insists the gesture was aimed at a group of friends sitting in the stands.

Bellingham wrote on X: “An inside joke gesture towards some close friends who were at the game. Nothing but respect for how that Slovakia team played tonight.”

UEFA are currently awaiting the report from the match official and will review it carefully before deciding whether or not action will be taken.
