The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye, paid a courtesy visit to the Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, at the Government House in Port Harcourt on Wednesday.
During the visit, Pastor Adeboye offered prayers for the Governor, his family, the Rivers State Government, and the state’s peace, unity, and progress.
The revered cleric also presented gifts to the Governor as a symbol of goodwill and spiritual blessing.
Governor Fubara was joined by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr. Tammy Danagogo, during the visit and Pastor Adeboye was accompanied by senior pastors, church leaders, and other members of his entourage.
The visit is seen as a significant gesture of spiritual support for the Governor and the people of Rivers State.
Pastor Adeboye’s prayers for peace, unity, and progress are particularly relevant given the state’s history of challenges and its ongoing efforts to promote development and prosperity.
