However, Wednesday season 1 ranks as the streaming service’s most-watched title of all time with 252 million views, over 100 million more than second place, Stranger Things season 4.
Another one of Netflix’s most popular shows is the crime drama, DAHMER: Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, which originally aired as a miniseries before being expanded into an anthology, with season 2 focusing on the Menedez brothers. Instead, The Queen’s Gambit remains Netflix’s most-watched miniseries of all time. The Harlan Coben crime thriller, Fool Me Once, also ranks among the streaming service’s most-watched shows. Now, another limited series has quickly entered Netflix’s most popular shows of all time.

Adolescence has become one of Netflix’s most popular series of all time. Co-created by Jack Thorne and directed by Boiling Point‘s Philip Barantini, with each episode filmed in one continuous take, Netflix’s new miniseries follows a 13-year-old boy who is arrested for the murder of a classmate, leaving his family, therapist, and a detective to question what really happened. Adolescence‘s cast includes Stephen Graham, who also co-created the series, alongside Owen Cooper, Ashley Walters, Erin Doherty, Faye Marsay, Christine Tremarco, Mark Stanley, Jo Hartley, Amélie Pease, and Austin Haynes.

It’s poised to pass Fool Me Once and The Night Agent season 1, both at 98 million views, before setting its sights on Bridgerton season 3 and dethroning The Queen’s Gambit as Netflix’s most-watched miniseries with 112 million views.
